As companies and businesses lapse into decline, and the banking industry struggles with the restructuring of debt and loans we feel that there are significant values in this sector. We have the knowledge base and experience to efficiently purchase distressed assets, bank paper, real estate, land, businesses, and if necessary negotiate and navigate the break-up process of assets.
Our mission is to acquire distressed asset and businesses and to return equity to those securities in a timely manner. Our goal is to generate positive cash flow, build a profitable business, and/or break the asset up and prep it for a sale.
